  Went to this store to get my screen fixed/replaced on my LG V10, and also have the headphone jack looked at. After waiting 15 minutes, the representative told me "you should go next door to Staples. That's what I recommend". You're telling me that your T-Mobile branch can't handle servicing of devices? I came in as a customer looking for help and was shown the door because he didn't want to deal with me. I needed to know what my options were and I was dismissed. Refusing business is a bad enough practice but it hurts the brand. I hope another store will accept my business and treat me like a valued customer.

  Walked in when there were 2 customers and 3 employees, 2 of which were helping 1 customer. Browsed the phones/accessories for about 15 minutes until a customer was finished. The employee that helped her went immediately in the back and stayed there for a few more minutes. I walked out shortly after. No one even acknowledged my presence. Horrible customer service.
