  This was my first time selling my clothes here and I was immediately greeted by the staff when I walked in. They gave me instructions and told me to shop around while they went through my stuff. (There was a wait because its first come first serve) They have a lot of cute name brand clothes for really good prices. When they were done they offered me cash or told me I could trade for the items I had found while I was shopping. They explained they could not take all of my clothes that I had brought in because they were not as "trendy" as what they were looking for...and then explained what items they were looking for and what sells best for their location. I was not offended that they did not take all of my clothes and I gladly accepted the cash. At the end of the day, they are a business that prides themselves on buying clothes that sell BEST for THIER location. I will be coming back because they had great customer service and explained everything very well!
